Ingredients:

2 Tbs. instant coffee
1 C. frozen pumpkin
1 C. frozen cauliflower heads
1 C. vanilla oat milk
1 banana
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
2 Tbs. flax
3 dates

Directions:

Combine ingredients in your blender, blend to the desired consistency, garnish with pumpkin seeds and enjoy!
